Tickets (Visa) for the Platinum Club are not available in the regular ticket shop. They can only be requested via the Platinum Club ticket shop.

How do I get tickets for the Platinum Club?

Tickets (Visa) for the Platinum Club are not available in the regular ticket shop or on general sale. They can only be requested via the Platinum Club ticket shop.

Maximum order quantity

A maximum of 20 tickets (visas) can be requested (e.g., 20 Regular Friday Visa + Platinum Club).

Payment options

You can choose from the following payment options:

  • Prepayment - Bank transfer within 20 business days.
  • PayPal
  • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa) - When paying by credit card, it is essential that all credit card customers activate the “3D Secure” security standard in advance. This authentication procedure minimizes the risk of fraud in the e-commerce sector. Mastercard customers (“Mastercard Secure Code”) can find out more at www.mastercard.de and Visa customers (“Verified by Visa”) at www.visa.de! Information on this is also available from your bank.

An invoice will be sent automatically by email once payment has been received.

MyTicket-Portal Link

You will receive the link to your personal MyTicket portal after payment has been received, along with the ticket order confirmation via email. If you can no longer find this email, you can request the link again via the Platinum Club ticket shop. Simply click on the “Help” button in the top right-hand corner and enter the email address used when placing the order.

Personalization of tickets

For security reasons, festival tickets (visas) for Parookaville must be personalized. Tickets (visas) must be personalized for the person who will use them to gain access to Parookaville. This means that each ticket purchaser must personalize the tickets ordered for the respective ticket holders.

Here's how it works:

Visit your personal MyTicket portal. The link can be found in the order confirmation email. If you can no longer find this email, you can request the link again via the Platinum Club Ticket Shop. Simply click on the “Help” button in the top right-hand corner and enter the email address used when placing the order.

All tickets (visas) that have been ordered can be found in the MyTicket portal.

To personalize a ticket (visa), the relevant ticket holder details must be entered.

Once personalization is complete, the tickets (visas) will be created and made available for download.

I can't find my ticket (visa) anymore

Resale shop

Platinum Club tickets cannot be resold via the Resale Shop.

Status: not available

There is a huge rush for Parookaville tickets at the start of the Ticket Sale every year, so that many categories, such as the Regular Saturday Visa, the Deluxe Village or various VIP-Visas, are no longer available immediately or after a few days. The affected ticket category is marked as “Not available”. It makes sense to check the status in the ticket store from time to time, as in rare cases it can happen that reserved tickets from partners and sponsors are returned in small quantities and are therefore available again for a short time.

As we unfortunately cannot guarantee whether a category will go on sale again, we advise all interested parties to snap them up as soon as possible!
