What are add-ons?

Add-ons are additional items that can be added to your festival ticket to make your festival visit even more convenient.

NOTE: Only add-ons that can be used in combination with the purchased tickets can be ordered.

Which add-ons are available?

Parking tickets according to the duration of stay/choice of camping ground

Lockers in various sizes

Access to the PAROOKAVILLE campsite from Wednesday

  • Only available in combination with Regular Full Weekend Visa + Base Camp/Green Camp etc.

Upgrade of a Regular Ticket to a VIP Ticket

  • Only available in combination with Regular Full Weekend Visa

Bus shuttle from Weeze main station to the campsite/festival and return

20 ING tokens + 3 ING tokens for free. The ING tokens are the official currency on the festival site

This additional visa gives access to the "Caravan Empire" campsite

  • Only available for Caravan Empire packages

This additional visa gives access to the campsite "Friendship Camp"

  • Only available for Friendship Camp packages

Your own fridge for your camp (45cmx44cmx51cm)

  • Only available for Deluxe Camp packages

Pop-up tent in the limited PAROOKAVILLE edition for 2 people incl. air mattress with integrated pillow (190 cm x 135 cm x 18 cm), 2x sleeping bag (190 cm x 70 cm)

  • Only available in combination with Regular Full Weekend Visa + Base Camp/Green Camp etc.

Portable battery box for a continuous power supply in your camp

  • Only available for Campsite and Glamping visitors

How to book add-ons?

Booking during the ordering process

  1. Visit the official ticketshop
  2. Select the desired ticket from the ticket categories listed and add it to the shopping cart
  3. Click "Continue”
  4. A window opens with the add-ons that are available for this ticket category
  5. Select the desired add-ons and add them to the shopping cart
  6. Click "Continue", enter your personal information and finish your order
  7. Receive a confirmation email with a link to your personal My-Ticket portal, personalize and download your tickets
  8. Done!

Booking afterwards via the MyTicket portal

  1. Visit your personal MyTicket portal
  • You received the link to your personal MyTicket portal by e-mail with your order confirmation after paying for your tickets. If you cannot find this e-mail, you can request the link again via tickets.parookaville.com. Simply click on the "Help" button in the top right-hand corner and enter the e-mail address that was used when ordering. If you need help, please contact the TicketPAY support team: ticketpay.com/help
  1. Select the desired add-ons and add them to the shopping cart
  2. Click on "Continue" and complete your order
  3. Done!

Buying add-ons on site

Some add-ons (e.g. parking tickets) can also be purchased on site, depending on availability.

ATTENTION: In this case, additional costs must be expected!

 

 

Do add-ons have to be personalized?

Add-ons do not have to be personalized and cannot be sold via the TicketPAY resale store.

EXCEPTION:

  • Regular Full Weekend Visa + Caravan Empire (Add-On)
  • Regular Full Weekend Visa + Friendship Camp (Add-On)
