After traveling back in time to our world, he built the factory in the young PAROOKAVILLE and transformed his original Victorian mansion into a distinctive factory by adding industrial elements such as chimneys and gears. This place, which continues to inspire Bill to new creative visions, still stands today as a symbol of inexhaustible creative power in the heart of PAROOKAVILLE. Here, his citizens can soak up the spirit of the city and develop freely to the music.
