What are Add-ons?

Add-ons are additional items that can be added to your festival ticket to make your festival visit even more convenient.

NOTE: Only add-ons that can be used in combination with the purchased tickets can be ordered.

how to book add‑ons?

Booking during the ordering process:

  1. Visit the official Ticketshop
  2. Select the desired ticket from the ticket categories listed and add it to the shopping cart
  3. Click "Continue”
  4. A window opens with the add-ons that are available for this ticket category
  5. Select the desired add-ons and add them to the shopping cart
  6. Click "Continue", enter your personal information and finish your order
  7. Receive a confirmation email with a link to your personal My-Ticket portal, personalize and download your tickets
  8. Done!

Booking afterwards via the MyTicket Portal:

  1. Visit your personal MyTicket portal

    You received the link to your personal MyTicket portal by e-mail with your order confirmation after paying for your tickets. If you cannot find this e-mail, you can request the link again via tickets.parookaville.com. Simply click on the "Help" button in the top right-hand corner and enter the e-mail address that was used when ordering. If you need help, please contact the TicketPAY support team: ticketpay.com/help

  2. Select the desired add-ons and add them to the shopping cart
  3. Click on "Continue" and complete your order
  4. Done!

Buying add-ons on site

Some add-ons (e.g. parking tickets) can also be purchased on site, depending on availability.

ATTENTION: In this case, additional costs must be expected!

 

Do add-ons have to be personalized?

Add-ons do not have to be personalized and cannot be sold via the TicketPAY resale store.

Exception:

  • Regular Full Weekend Visa + Caravan Empire (Add-on)
  • Regular Full Weekend Visa + Friendship Camp (Add-on)
