Early Campsite Access

Start your festival weekend earlier and secure the “Early Campsite Access” add-on. This allows you to check in on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, between 12:00 and 22:00! The Early Campsite Access add-on is a limited offer and is available for the Base, Green, Relax, and Easy Village, as well as the Caravan Village.

Check-in & opening hours

Early Check-in: Wednesday, July 15, 2026, 12:00 - 22:00 (admission only with the Early Campsite Access add-on)
Regular check-in: Thursday, July 16, 2026, from 10:00
Check-out: Monday, July 20, 2026, until 15:00

The Caravan District has a separate check-in for the drivers and passengers in the sleeping vehicle. The rest of your group must book the add-on “Parking: Caravan District Full Weekend” when arriving by car.

Admission

All types of sleeping vehicles (e.g. caravans or converted Bullis) that have a fixed sleeping device and and a maximum permissible total weight of 7.5 tons are permitted in the Caravan Village (other sizes only on request by e-mail to: infodesk@parookaville.com). Only one sleeping vehicle and, if applicable, the towing car are permitted (Caravan Village Premium: two sleeping vehicles). If the team exceeds a length of 15m, you must purchase tickets for two parking spaces. Other accompanying vehicles must be parked in the “Caravan District” parking lot.

Cars of all types, including station wagons and limousines as well as trailers and vans, are NOT PERMITTED as sleeping vehicles unless they have a fixed sleeping device.

Pitch selection

In general, there is no guarantee of adjacent pitches. If you would like two or more groups to be next to each other, we recommend arriving as early as possible and together and expressing your wish at check-in. But even this is no guarantee.

PLEASE NOTE: If two sleeping vehicles are to be used in the Caravan Village Premium, they must arrive at the same time.

It is not possible to leave the caravan site with one vehicle during the festival. If you want to remain flexible, you can park your car in the Caravan Empire parking lot. Shuttle services are possible there. However, this requires the “Parking: Caravan District Full Weekend” parking ticket in addition to the caravan parking space.

Barbecue, cooking & fire

The use of gas grills or gas cookers is only permitted if the gas cylinder is installed in the designated, built-in space. The gas cylinder must not be removed!

The maximum number of gas cylinders depends on the original designated storage space in the sleeping vehicle. For your own safety, you should check the sleeping vehicle regularly. You can find some useful information here.

Otherwise, the same rules apply to grills as in all other camping categories.

Fresh & waste water

The standard pitches in the Caravan Village do not have fresh water. You can get fresh water at any time from the sanitary facilities. We recommend using canisters for this purpose.

The Caravan Village Premium pitches have a fresh water distributor with a garden connection for each block of pitches. Please bring enough hoses so that you can connect your vehicle to the distributor (max. distance 25m) as well as the appropriate adapters. Grey water disposal for Caravan Village Premium plots is available in the immediate vicinity.

Waste water can be emptied into canisters at the sanitary station at the disposal point. However, you can also use the toilets at the sanitary facilities free of charge throughout the weekend.

Power supply

Each plot block has a Schuko socket 16A/230V max. 2,000W. However, it is best to bring an extension cord with you, as we cannot guarantee that the power connection will be right next to you. If individual power consumers cause repeated power failures, they may not be used any further.
